Lightning 500 Bottle Valves are engineered for maximum nitrous flow and consistent power delivery.
The Lightning 500 features a .500" orifice and a streamlined internal design with only a single 45° turn in the flow path. By eliminating the sharp turns found in conventional bottle valves, turbulence is reduced, allowing nitrous to remain in its liquid state as it travels to the solenoid. The result is cleaner, more consistent horsepower and easier system tuning.
Designed for serious power, the Lightning 500 supports nitrous systems up to 2000 horsepower. It uses a .625" siphon tube and accepts supply lines up to 10AN, allowing high-volume systems to operate without restriction.
Each valve is CNC-machined from billet aluminum, making it significantly lighter than comparable brass valves. The design also includes dual gauge ports and interchangeable nipples that allow the use of 4AN, 6AN, 8AN, or 10AN supply lines.
Valves include a 4AN nipple. Other nipple sizes are available separately.
