The Nitrous Express Gen V Viper Nitrous Plate System uses two vehicle-specific billet aluminum plates to add 100 to 300 wheel horsepower. Each 0.76-inch-thick plate installs between a factory throttle body and the intake manifold, introducing nitrous and fuel into both sides of the incoming airflow without drilling or permanently modifying the intake manifold.
This wet, single-stage system includes jetting for 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 additional wheel horsepower. Each plate uses its own nitrous and fuel jets to provide balanced delivery across the Viper's dual-throttle-body intake system. The supplied jetting chart includes gasoline and E85 calibrations at 55 PSI of fuel pressure.
Pro Power Lightning Series nitrous and fuel solenoids supply both plates through the included application-specific braided plumbing. The system's 6AN nitrous feed line provides the capacity required for its 100–300 wheel-horsepower range. Both solenoids are recommended for operation at 18–20 Hz when used with a progressive nitrous controller.
The direct-plug-in fuel-rail adapter connects the system to the passenger-side factory fuel rail without cutting the original fuel line. The TPS Autolearn wide-open-throttle switch activates the system at wide-open throttle and shuts it off when the accelerator is released.
The plates and system are made in the USA.

Operating Note: Maintain 900–1,050 PSI bottle pressure and confirm proper fuel system capacity, fuel pressure, ignition timing, spark plug selection, fuel quality, and tuning for the selected power level. Jetting is calibrated at 55 PSI of fuel pressure. An RPM window switch is recommended to prevent activation below the safe operating range and deactivate the system before the rev limiter.
Dry configurations are available by calling Nitrous Express at 940-767-7694. A dry configuration requires aftermarket engine management capable of supplying the additional nitrous enrichment fuel through the vehicle’s injectors.
