Product Overview
The Nitrous Express Hemi Direct-Port Nitrous Plate System adds 100 to 300 wheel horsepower while delivering nitrous and fuel directly to each cylinder. This system fits Dodge Challenger, Charger, Durango, Ram, and Jeep Grand Cherokee applications equipped with the factory 5.7L, 6.1L, or 6.4L Hemi intake manifolds.
Unlike a single-nozzle or throttle-body plate system, the direct-port plates give each cylinder its own nitrous-and-fuel discharge point for improved cylinder-to-cylinder distribution. This provides the benefits of a direct-port nitrous system without requiring you to drill and plumb the factory intake manifold for individual nozzles.
Made in the USA from black-anodized billet aluminum, the plates install beneath the factory intake manifold using the supplied gaskets and hardware. At only 5/8-inch thick, they provide a clean installation without requiring an aftermarket hood.
The wet system uses a 6AN nitrous feed and a 4AN fuel feed to supply the nitrous and fuel solenoids. The included TPS auto-learn switch activates the system at or near wide-open throttle and automatically shuts it off when the throttle closes. When using a progressive controller, the solenoids are recommended to operate at 18 to 20 Hz.
Gasoline and E85 jetting recommendations are based on 55 PSI fuel pressure, and the system is designed to operate at 900-1,050 PSI bottle pressure for consistent, accurate power delivery.

Note: This system is supplied in a wet configuration. A dry configuration is available by phone for vehicles with aftermarket engine management systems capable of supplying the required nitrous enrichment fuel. Proper fuel-system capacity, ignition timing, fuel quality, and tuning are required.
