Nitrous System Features
This is the upgrade your Hellcat wants! The Billet Supercharger Lid for Hellcat/Demon applications replaces the factory supercharger lid for a quick and clean install. The improved airflow design of the lid ensures maximum airflow, and the placement of nitrous and water-methanol passages provides considerable increases in horsepower and torque.
The spraybar-less nitrous system injects nitrous and fuel in line with the supercharger air discharge, so the fuel/nitrous mixture is evenly swept to each runner. Injecting nitrous oxide into this pre-intercooled hot-air discharge supercools the air charge, increasing flow across the factory intercoolers for maximum power gains. As mentioned, this system is a "spraybar-less" design, meaning the nitrous/fuel passages are CNC-machined into the lid itself, so the spray pattern is in the perfect location every time.
Water/Methanol Features
The Stage 2.5 uses the progressive VC-50 controller (52mm Gauge) that proportionally injects more or less water-methanol based on boost pressure. Start and full points are adjustable to match the engine's requirements for engagement and delivery curve. Proportionally injecting according to boost pressure delivers water-methanol accurately and allows cooling and performance improvements over a wide range, improving drivability. The Stage 2.5 Boost Cooler will make the induction charge colder and denser, raising 91-octane fuel to 116-octane race gas levels, allowing full power all the time!
The VC-50 controller offers the functionality of a boost gauge and a water-methanol controller, all in one! Highlighting a bright 7 color (Blue, White, Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple, Green) O-LED screen displaying boost, percentage of injection, low level, secondary stage activation, prime button, and system fault codes directly on the screen. You can tailor the controller color to match your OEM gauges or mix and match up to two colors!
This kit utilizes the only OEM-approved water-methanol injection pump on the market, featuring a proprietary heat flange, twin seals, and custom motor winding to run cooler and longer than the competition. The Extreme Environment 300 PSI UHO pump is designed to withstand the elements, with O-Ring connections sealed and potted to prevent moisture from entering the pump internals. The Stage 2.5 comes standard with 100% methanol-resistant components, including stainless steel, nickel plating, EPDM, and hard anodizing, to ensure years of continued use.
