Fits 2015–2023 Dodge Challenger and Charger SRT Hellcat models, the 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon, 2018–2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk, 2021 and 2023–2026 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat, and 2021–2024 Ram 1500 TRX models equipped with the factory Hellcat or Demon supercharger.
The Nitrous Express Hellcat/Demon Billet Supercharger Lid Nitrous System is more than a place to mount nitrous. Its CNC-machined billet aluminum design replaces the sharp internal edges and corners found in the factory lid with smoother airflow paths that improve velocity through the supercharger. Testing has verified that the lid adds horsepower even when the nitrous system isn't activated!
When you're ready for more, integrated NX Spraybarless passages deliver nitrous and fuel directly into the supercharger's hot-air discharge before it reaches the factory intercoolers. This placement cools the air charge, increases airflow through the intercoolers, and carries the mixture evenly toward each intake runner. Because the passages are machined directly into the lid, you get consistent delivery and a clean installation without drilling or permanently modifying the factory supercharger.
This wet, single-stage system includes jetting for 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 additional wheel horsepower. The 15300L Lightning Series nitrous solenoid and 15201L Lightning Series fuel solenoid provide the flow required for the system's 100–300 horsepower range. Both are recommended for operation at 18–20 Hz when used with a progressive nitrous controller.
A billet fuel-line adapter simplifies the fuel connection on compatible applications, while the TPS Autolearn wide-open-throttle switch activates the system at wide-open throttle and shuts it off when the accelerator is released.

Maintain 900–1,050 PSI bottle pressure and confirm proper fuel-system capacity, ignition setup, fuel quality, and tuning for the selected power level.
Dry configurations are available by calling Nitrous Express at 940-767-7694 and require engine management capable of supplying the additional nitrous enrichment fuel through the vehicle’s injectors.
