Fits 2007–2014 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 models equipped with the factory supercharged 5.4L or 5.8L engine, factory-pattern throttle body, and matching supercharger inlet.
The Nitrous Express GT500 Nitrous Plate System provides a purpose-built, bolt-on way to add 50 to 200 wheel horsepower to your Shelby GT500. The vehicle-specific plate, direct-plug-in fuel-rail adapter, Lightning Series solenoids, TPS Autolearn switch, and matched plumbing provide a complete wet nitrous solution without drilling the supercharger or cutting the factory fuel line.
The 0.538-inch-thick plate is CNC-machined from billet aluminum and installs between the throttle body and supercharger inlet. NX Spraybarless technology delivers nitrous and fuel directly into the incoming airflow for consistent atomization and distribution through the supercharger and intake manifold.
This wet, single-stage system includes jetting for 50, 75, 100, 150, and 200 additional wheel horsepower. The system can support up to 250 wheel horsepower with additional jetting.
A 15200L Lightning Series nitrous solenoid and 15201L Lightning Series fuel solenoid provide the flow required for the system's 250-wheel-horsepower capability. Both solenoids feature billet aluminum and carbon-fiber construction and are recommended for operation at 18–20 Hz when used with a progressive nitrous controller.
The included direct-plug-in fuel-rail adapter supplies fuel to the system without cutting or permanently modifying the factory fuel line. The TPS Autolearn wide-open-throttle switch activates the system at wide-open throttle and shuts it off when the accelerator is released.
The plate and system are made in the USA for unmatched quality.

Fitment Note: This system also fits compatible Cobra Jet intake manifolds. Verify the throttle-body pattern and available clearance when using an aftermarket intake or throttle body.
Dry configurations are also available by calling Nitrous Express at 940-767-7694. A dry configuration requires an aftermarket engine-management system capable of supplying the additional nitrous enrichment fuel through the vehicle's injectors.
Proper fuel-system capacity, ignition setup, fuel quality, bottle pressure, and tuning are required for the selected power level. Maintain 900-1,050 PSI bottle pressure for accurate jetting and consistent power delivery. An RPM window switch is recommended to deactivate the system before the factory rev limiter.
