Fits 2014–2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 models, 2018–2026 Chevrolet Tahoe models, 2019–2026 Chevrolet Suburban models, and 2015–2026 GMC Yukon, Yukon XL, Cadillac Escalade, and Escalade ESV models equipped with the factory naturally aspirated 6.2L V8 and matching factory four-bolt throttle-body and intake-manifold interface.
The Nitrous Express GM 6.2L Truck and SUV Nitrous Plate System provides a clean, vehicle-specific way to add 50 to 300 wheel horsepower. The matched plate, Lightning Series solenoids, TPS Autolearn switch, and application-specific plumbing make this one of the easiest and most complete ways to add substantial power to a naturally aspirated 6.2L GM truck or SUV.
The 0.55-inch-thick plate is CNC-machined from billet aluminum and installs between the factory throttle body and intake manifold. NX Spraybarless technology introduces nitrous and fuel directly into the incoming airflow for excellent atomization and distribution without drilling or permanently modifying the intake manifold.
This wet, single-stage system includes jetting for 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 200, 250, and 300 additional wheel horsepower. A 15200L Lightning Series nitrous solenoid and 15201L Lightning Series fuel solenoid provide the flow and control required for the system's 50 to 300 horsepower range. Both solenoids are recommended for operation at 18–20 Hz when used with a progressive nitrous controller.
The included TPS Autolearn wide-open-throttle switch activates the system at wide-open throttle and shuts it off when the accelerator is released. A direct-plug-in fuel-line adapter simplifies the fuel connection on compatible factory fuel systems without requiring the factory fuel line to be cut.
The plate and system are made in the USA.

Fitment Note: Plate fitment is determined by the factory four-bolt throttle-body-and-intake-manifold interface used on the listed naturally aspirated 6.2L GM applications. Aftermarket throttle bodies or intake manifolds must retain the factory mounting pattern and provide sufficient clearance for the 0.55-inch-thick plate.
Operating Note: Nitrous jetting is calibrated for 900–1,050 PSI of bottle pressure. Proper fuel quality, fuel system capacity, ignition timing, spark plug selection, and overall engine condition must be confirmed before operation.
Dry configurations are also available by calling Nitrous Express at 940-767-7694. A dry configuration requires an aftermarket engine-management system capable of supplying the additional nitrous enrichment fuel through the vehicle's injectors.
