Stage 2.5 Boost Cooler S55/N54/N55 Direct Port Water Methanol Injection Kit

Snow Performance has combined performance, quality, and ease of installation in this water-methanol injection system engineered specifically for BMW N54 and N55 engines. Increase your pump gas octane by up to 25 points while lowering intake temperatures and supporting greater power with a cooler, more efficient engine.

The system includes a custom water-methanol injection throttle body spacer plate, braided stainless line, and 4AN fittings for exceptional reliability and a clean installation.

At the center of the system is the Stage 2 VC-50 progressive controller (ISO 9001 manufactured), which proportionally adjusts water-methanol injection based on boost pressure. Adjustable start and full points allow the injection curve to be tailored to the engine's specific requirements, delivering accurate fluid control across the entire boost range for improved cooling, performance, and drivability.

The VC-50 controller features a 52mm gauge-style display that functions as both a boost gauge and water-methanol controller. The 7-color OLED screen (Blue, White, Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple, Green) displays boost pressure, injection percentage, low fluid warning, secondary nozzle activation, priming, and diagnostic fault codes. Display colors can be customized to match OEM gauges or configured in two-color combinations.

Direct Port Injection Plate

Snow Performance Direct Port Injection Plates provide one of the easiest and most effective ways to install water-methanol injection on the BMW N54 and N55 platforms. The plate installs between the cylinder head and intake manifold, positioning six Snow Performance Hyper-Sonic™ nozzles directly in the intake ports for precise and even distribution.

For safety, a solenoid (Part #40060) must be used when injecting post-throttle body to prevent vacuum siphoning.
