Fits compatible Dodge and Chrysler applications equipped with a factory-style 5.7L, 6.1L, or 6.4L Hemi throttle body and matching intake-manifold interface. Applications include compatible Dodge Challenger, Dodge Charger, Chrysler 300, and Ram truck combinations that retain the factory throttle body/throttle body bolt pattern.
The Nitrous Express Hemi Nitrous Plate System delivers 50 to 400 additional wheel horsepower through a USA-made, 3/4-inch-thick billet aluminum plate. The plate installs between the throttle body and intake manifold, allowing for real power gains without drilling or permanently modifying the intake.
This wet system introduces nitrous and supplemental fuel directly into the incoming airflow. It is supplied as a single-stage system, but the plate can be converted to an independently controlled dual-stage system with the optional NX933D upgrade.
The 15300L nitrous and 15201L fuel solenoids are Pro Power Lightning Series solenoids featuring billet aluminum bodies, carbon-fiber coil covers, and stainless braided plumbing. The Lightning solenoids use an improved internal flow path designed to reduce sharp turns and expansion areas, helping keep the nitrous in dense, liquid form as it moves toward the plate. The integrated purge port also makes adding a purge system clean and straightforward.
A 6AN stainless-braided nitrous feed line provides the flow required for the system's 50-400 wheel-horsepower range. The included fuel-rail adapter connects the fuel solenoid to the factory fuel system, while the TPS Autolearn wide-open-throttle switch automatically calibrates to the vehicle's throttle-position signal and activates the system at wide-open throttle.
The plate and system are designed, engineered, and manufactured right here in the USA.

Operating Note: Maintain 900–1,050 PSI bottle pressure and confirm adequate fuel system capacity, fuel pressure, ignition timing, spark plug selection, fuel quality, and tuning at the selected power level. An RPM window switch or progressive controller is recommended to prevent activation below the safe operating range and deactivate the system before the rev limiter.
Dry configurations are available by calling Nitrous Express at 940-767-7694. A dry configuration requires aftermarket engine management capable of supplying the additional nitrous enrichment fuel through the vehicle's injectors.
