Fits LS engine combinations using a compatible 90mm or 92mm four-bolt throttle body and matching four-bolt intake manifold flange. Fitment is determined by the throttle-body and intake interface, not the vehicle or LS engine designation alone. This allows the system to support compatible factory and aftermarket LS combinations, including applicable FAST and Holley intake setups.
The Nitrous Express 90mm LS Nitrous Plate System uses a USA-made 0.975-inch-thick billet aluminum plate to add anywhere from 50 to 400 additional wheel horsepower. The plate installs between the throttle body and intake manifold, introducing nitrous and supplemental fuel directly into the incoming airflow without drilling or permanently modifying the intake manifold.
This wet system is supplied as a single-stage system with jetting for 50 to 400 additional wheel horsepower. A second set of nitrous and fuel passages is already machined into the plate, allowing an independently controlled second stage to be added with the optional NX933D upgrade.
The 15300L and 15201L Pro Power Lightning Series solenoids feed the plate through stainless braided lines to ensure a leak-free fit. The 6AN nitrous feed line provides the flow needed for the system's power range. Both solenoids feature billet aluminum bodies, carbon-fiber coil covers, and integrated purge ports, making these solenoids lightweight, easy to install, and extremely reliable.
A mechanical wide-open-throttle switch activates the system at full throttle. Applications without a suitable mechanical throttle linkage require a compatible electronic activation device or progressive controller. Fuel-system connection requirements vary by vehicle, and an application-specific fuel-rail or fuel-line adapter may be required.

Operating Note: Maintain 900–1,050 PSI bottle pressure and confirm adequate fuel system capacity, fuel pressure, ignition timing, spark plug selection, fuel quality, and tuning at the selected power level. An RPM window switch or progressive controller is recommended to prevent activation below the safe operating range and deactivate the system before the rev limiter.
Dry configurations are available by calling Nitrous Express at 940-767-7694. A dry configuration requires aftermarket engine management capable of supplying the additional nitrous enrichment fuel through the vehicle's injectors.
